The company acts as an agent; the parties of any transaction are stated in the engagement letter. Valuations are estimates confirmed at inspection, not guarantees of a sale price, and no transaction happens through the website - lists of properties are not an offer.

The borrowed map
The contact page shows a Google-supplied map. Its accuracy, routing and uptime belong to that service, and the agency takes no responsibility for them.
